Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service on behalf of yourself or your business. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

StayHost TV may include beta or limited-release functionality. Features may change, availability may be limited, and parts of the service may be incomplete while the product continues to evolve.

If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, we may use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to you.

Billing and secure checkout are handled through Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the billing terms shown at checkout.

Billing starts according to the plan and promo terms you select. Unless otherwise stated, pricing is based on active properties. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details presented before completing checkout.

You may cancel according to the subscription management options available to your account. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise.

You may use StayHost only for lawful business purposes related to managing guest-facing TV experiences. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer the product, or use the service in a way that harms others.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide through the service, including property names, Wi-Fi details, house rules, checkout instructions, app selections, and other guest-facing information.

StayHost relies on third-party providers such as Stripe for billing, Resend for website email delivery, Google Analytics for optional analytics, and Android TV / Google Play platform services where applicable.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During beta, maintenance windows, bugs, outages, or service changes may occur more frequently.

StayHost Hub retains ownership of the website, software, branding, product content, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

If you share ideas, requests, or feedback with us, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, StayHost Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable subscription period, if any.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date.
