Beta / Pre-Release Disclaimer

StayHost TV is currently pre-release beta software. Features, functionality, and availability may change. Beta access is limited and the service may experience interruptions, errors, or downtime.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including abuse, spam, unauthorized access, or submitting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Accounts And Communications

You are responsible for providing accurate, current information in applications and forms. We may contact applicants regarding beta review, onboarding, product updates, and support.

Fees

During application and review, there is no charge. If accepted and activated, Founding Host pricing may apply. Billing begins at activation.

Intellectual Property

StayHost Hub LLC retains all rights in the website, software, branding, and related materials. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a limited license to use it to operate, support, and improve the service.

Third-Party Services

StayHost TV may interact with third-party platforms and devices, including Android TV and streaming services. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, or changes.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The site and beta service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, StayHost Hub LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or beta service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or beta participation for misuse, security concerns, legal reasons, or operational changes. You may stop using the service at any time.
