We collect information you submit in our beta application form (such as name, email, property count, and ZIP code) and our contact form (such as name, email, topic, and message). We also collect basic technical information like IP address, user agent, and server logs for operational and security purposes. We use cookies and similar tools needed for core site functionality.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate beta applications, improve the product, and support operational and security needs.

Email Practices

We only email people who submit forms directly on our site. We do not use purchased email lists. Our emails are transactional or relationship-based (for example, beta updates, application follow-up, or support responses). You can request removal from future communications at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run this website and communications workflows, such as hosting, database, and email providers. We do not sell personal information.

Storage And Processing

Website form data is stored in a PostgreSQL database (Supabase) accessed through Prisma. The website is hosted on AWS Amplify. Email notifications are sent through Amazon SES, which is currently operating in sandbox mode while production access is pending.

Data Retention

We keep data as long as reasonably needed for beta operations, support, security, and related business records. When feasible, we delete data upon verified request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
